Meet Ivan Stefanovski, Director of Client Success at Calashock Commerce
What do you do at Calashock Commerce?
I head up Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Support in terms of escalations. My role is to bring clients and partners on board, plus make sure they’re all happy on an ongoing basis.
What is your favourite project that you have worked on here, and why?
Probably Origin/Jocko Fuel and Shopfitting Warehouse. We’ve worked on multiple brands for both of those companies. So it was great to get a chance to work more closely with such amazing clients on multiple sites and achieve success through a variety of projects.
What is one piece of advice you’d give to an ecommerce merchant looking to grow their business?
I would tell them that they need to take advantage of the various solutions available to them in the ecommerce space, as they provide benefits that merchants maybe haven’t even considered. We have a great Partner network of platforms that offer benefits to merchants across their business. From storefront to back-end, marketing to order fulfilment and shipping. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I play a lot of sports. In particular basketball and football (soccer) and I’ve travelled as far as Oman, Syria, and Qatar for basketball tournaments. I love listening to music, particularly reggae. And I travel whenever I can, thanks to the beauty of remote working!
If you could have a superpower what would it be?
The power of knowing everything! I think that covers most other wishes, as then I would know how to make myself fly, or teleport, or whatever it might be.
